Williams is proud to announce it will be among the very first manufacturers to offer fully BIM-compliant models to the industry free of charge, ahead of the 2016 deadline for all Government procured buildings to be BIM compliant.
The BIM models will be will be made available through the imminent release of CESABIM, the online catering industry library for BIM models.
Models for CESABIM are prepared in IFC (industry foundation class) format, which can be used on all proprietary software systems, including Autoscheme, ArchiCAD and Revit. There are over 150 BIM programs that support IFC files.
