Our coldroom panels are produced in a comprehensive range of widths and heights to form external walls, ceilings and floors where applicable.
Each panel is tongue and grooved to ensure an airtight and waterproof joint – providing a tight, thermally efficient stable structure.
Our standard polyurethane foam provides optimal insulation and has ultra-low thermal conductivity – so the cold stays where you want it – in the coldroom.
All panels meet the very latest international standards for food safety and thermal efficiency, and are environment friendly.
Slip Joint Construction
Camlocks / Slip joints
Williams camlocks are securely foamed in to tongue and groove joints and located in roof, wall and floor panels and provide a tight locking stable structure which eliminates the risk of ice build-up and ensures a 100% thermal envelope.
Our slip joint panels have a tongue and groove sandwich panel system that uses a male and female action on the longitudinal joint to achieve tightness and insulation.
Williams is committed to supplying energy efficient and sustainable refrigeration.
During the initial survey we will address the importance of balancing the cost of a project with energy efficiency, noise levels and refrigerant choice, and help guide you through the process of selecting the most suitable solution for your needs.
