Combining elegant aesthetics and functionality with features like under shelf lighting to create an inviting ambiance, ultra clear glass and an invisible drawer handle, they are perfect for when presentation truly matters.

As with all of the Front of House range, the refrigerated display units are fully customisable according to your requirements, with the following features as standard: 

Standard Features of the chocolate/cake display showcase

• Classy jewellery box style showcase bounds with 304 grade black no.4 finish stainless steel frame (excluded front-top edge)

• Double layers ultra clear toughened heated film glass fitted for whole showcase

• 45° angled edges for top and front glass provides transparent and clear display

• Warm white light box on display base

• All visible bends are V-cut • Stand alone type with sleek V-cut bending louvre

• 304 grade black no.4 finish stainless steel exterior and interior

• Operating temperature +5/+8˚C (for Cake) or +12/+16 ˚C (for Chocolate)

• Efficient forced air cooled system

• Innovative airflow design prevents drying out of the product

• Precision injection, high density polyurethane insulation. Provides excellent thermal efficiency with low GWP (Global Warming Potential) and zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential)

• Removable crumb trays under diffusers for easy cleaning

• Digital controller for easy operation and fail-safe performance, featuring clear digital display

• Automatic defrost

• Defrost water is vaporised through heat recovery, no drain connection required
