This space-saving refrigerated preparation counter has 195 litres of internal storage and space for two 2/1 GN pans. The SU5CT refrigerated salad counter comes with a polypropylene worktop with an overhang of 100mm that maximises the preparation area, making it ideal for areas where space is at a premium.

  • Extendable worktop for increased prep area
  • Wells can accomodate GN 1/3 or 1/6 pans
  • Designed for effective operation in high ambient 43°C environments
  • Integral handles for an easy 'grab' on the door
  • Door is self-closing and fitted with easy to clean, replaceable magnetic balloon gasket with 100% seal
  • Construction includes 75mm polyurethane insulation with zero ODP and low GWP, providing excellent thermal efficiency
