Tom Aikens chooses Williams equipment for his first UK Tom’s Kitchen outside of London.
Williams Refrigeration will again be exhibiting at this year’s Gulfood – the Middle East’s premier food and hospitality Show and in April Williams will be exhibiting at this year’s Hotelex Exhibition in Shanghai.
Sister companies Williams and Falcon are to co-sponsor the Salon Culinaire at ScotHot, supplying prime cooking and refrigeration equipment for the competing chefs.
